Organisation China Deviants organised a play re-enacting the massacre of Tiananmen Square , Beijing, China on 4th June 1989.
Later they marched to the Chinese Embassy in London to join Amnesty International UK and the campaign group June Fourth Sparks to hold a vigil outside the Chinese Embassy in London. Campaigners held candles and sheets of white paper, echoing the white paper pro-democracy protests held in 2022 in cities across China.
