Don't forget June 4th

Organisation China Deviants organised a play re-enacting the massacre of Tiananmen Square, Beijing, China on 4th June 1989. Later, some who attended the play marched to the Chinese Embassy in London to join Amnesty International UK and the campaign group June Fourth Sparks to hold a vigil outside the Chinese Embassy in London. Campaigners held candles and sheets of white paper, echoing the white paper pro-democracy protests held in 2022 in cities across China.
